Cidades e Suas Teses 1970-2020

The Regional Section of the Alentejo of the Order of Architects opens, on October 28 at 6:00 p.m., in the Church of El Salvador (along with the headquarters of the OASRALT), the exhibition Cities and their theses.

The objective of the Ciutats project and its theses / Las Ciudades y sus Tesis is the creation of a repository of doctoral theses on various Iberian cities, in order to develop an exhaustive record of the research dedicated to the study of these cities, from the point of view of urban historiography and urban studies.

After having passed through several Spanish cities, the exhibition Cities and their theses now reaches Portugal, Évora, enlarged by five theses on Portuguese cities.

The Inaugural Session will be attended by the Portuguese and Spanish entities, the presentation of the Portuguese theses and a discussion table.

Free entrance from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., until December 28, 2025.
